EMERGENCY:
Go to the nearest emergency care facility. Be sure to call your physician and FCHP within 24 hours.

NON-AVAILABLE SERVICES:
If you require medical services that are not available at a participating hospital, then your physician may refer you to a nonparticipating hospital. Your physician should notify FCHP of the request for service at an out-of-network facility in order for all Medicare approved services to be covered by FirstCommunity Senior Select.
